RENTZ, GA

Rev. William Austin Dunigan, 90 of Rentz, entered into eternal rest, Monday morning, October 9, 2017 at Serenity Place of Dublin after an extended illness. Rev. Dunigan was born in Harlan, KY, September 4, 1927 to the late William Alvin Dunigan and Myrtle “Eagle” Dunigan. He served his country during World War 2 in Navy. He was an Ordained Baptist Minister. He had lived in the Rentz Community for 11 years, prior to that he lived in Riverside, CA. Rev. Dunigan was a member of Rentz Baptist Church. He was an author, a writer of three books published, Loving the Lord and His Family.

Rev. Dunigan was preceded in death by one son, Waynel Arnold Dunigan.

Memorial services will be held at a later date by his family.

Rev. Dunigan is survived by two sons, William (Paulette) Dunigan of Wrightsville, and James (Lorraine)

Dunigan of Rentz; two granddaughters, Melissa Dunigan (Ozzie) Hernandez of Utah, and Angela Dunigan of Rentz; three great grandchildren, Christian, Israel, and Liam.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be given to Serenity Place at 504 Parker Dairy Road, Dublin, Georgia 31021.
